Founded in 2010 by native El Pasoan and U.S. Army veteran Armando Alarcón, Rocky Springs is a small, local, combat-veteran-owned business built on a single principle: take care of our customers. We provide offices with premium water, ice, coffee, and enhanced beverage solutions, all delivered with unparalleled service.
From the start, Armando saw that offices weren’t struggling with water. They were struggling with unreliable service. Missed deliveries, empty coolers, no cups, and no accountability were common across the industry. What offices truly needed was service they could count on every single time.
Service is the heart of Rocky Springs. Whether it’s fast responses or same-day service calls, our reliability is why we serve everyone from small local shops to hospitals, manufacturing and government facilities.
Our beverage systems are the highest quality on the market. They remove impurities, including naturally occurring arsenic found in the region’s extremely hard water, bringing levels safely below EPA standards. Purification is only part of it. After filtering, our systems add back more than 20 healthy minerals and electrolytes, producing crisp, clean, great-tasting water without the environmental footprint of bottled delivery.
Rocky Springs has fully transitioned to bottle-free purification systems, eliminating waste, heavy lifting, and the safety issues associated with traditional bottled water vendors. We also provide ice, premium coffee, and flavored or enhanced beverage options to meet the needs of modern offices.
At Rocky Springs, we provide premium beverages, minimal waste, and service that never lets you down.

Rocky Springs is a combat-veteran-owned, El Paso-owned and operated business built on a simple principle: take care of our customers. We provide premium bottle-free water, ice, coffee, and enhanced beverage solutions, all delivered with reliable, same-day service.
We serve offices across West Texas, including El Paso, Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa, as well as New Mexico.
We serve a wide range of industries, including small and large offices, healthcare facilities, schools, manufacturing sites, and government and federal locations. If a workplace needs reliable water, ice, or coffee systems with service it can count on, Rocky Springs can support it.
Customer service comes first at Rocky Springs. Our business was built around solving the biggest problem offices face: unreliable service. Missed deliveries, poorly maintained equipment, and lack of accountability are common in the industry, and we set out to do it differently.
That service-first approach is supported by bottle-free purification systems that simplify everything. With direct-connect systems, offices never run out of water, no one has to manage deliveries, and there’s no heavy lifting or bottle swapping, which can create safety and sanitation concerns in the workplace.
Our systems use a multi-stage filtration process and modern sanitation and safety technology to deliver clean, great-tasting water. They are properly maintained and serviced on a regular basis, unlike traditional bottled water coolers that often go untouched between deliveries. While some equipment, such as coffee systems, uses consumable products, our overall approach significantly reduces waste compared to bottled delivery.
From small offices to hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and federal sites, our trained technicians handle complex installations while still providing fast responses and same-day service when needed. Quality water matters, but dependable service and simpler, bottle-free solutions are what truly set Rocky Springs apart.
A bottleless water cooler connects directly to your existing water supply and filters drinking water through a multi-stage filtration system housed inside the unit. Because it’s directly connected, there are no heavy 3- or 5-gallon bottles to lift, store, or replace.
Bottleless systems simplify hydration for your workplace. You never run out of water, there are no deliveries to manage, and there’s no bottle swapping, which can create safety and sanitation concerns. Our trained technicians install the system by connecting to the nearest water source, such as a water line, sink, or existing fountain, and maintain it on a regular schedule.
By eliminating bottled delivery, bottleless systems significantly reduce plastic waste while providing consistent, great-tasting water with service you can count on.
The right solution depends on your workplace, usage, and priorities. Some teams want customizable hydration with still, sparkling, and flavored water options. Others need reliable water and ice systems built for consistent, high-volume performance. Many workplaces also look for premium coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to round out their breakroom.
We start by understanding your space, team size, and daily demand, then recommend the system that fits best. Our goal is to simplify things and make sure you get reliable performance with service you can count on. Contact us to get a personalized recommendation or to schedule a demo.
There are so many options for coolers. How do we choose which one is right for us?
We make the decision simple. Choosing the right cooler depends on factors like the size of your team, daily usage, available space, and the features you want, such as cold or hot water, ice, added minerals or electrolytes, or sparkling options.
We offer a range of bottle-free coolers with different capacities and features to match those needs. Our team helps you select the right system, installs it properly, and maintains it over time so you don’t have to worry about performance or upkeep.
A water purification filtration system cleans and improves drinking water using a multi-stage process designed to remove impurities while maintaining great taste. At Rocky Springs, our bottle-free systems use a five-stage purification process: Sediment filtration removes particles such as rust, clay, and dust. Carbon filtration reduces chlorine, organic compounds, and common contaminants that affect taste and odor.
Reverse osmosis filtration removes metals and other unwanted elements, including lead, mercury, and PFAS and PFOS compounds.
Polishing filtration ensures consistent taste and clarity from every dispense. Mineral and electrolyte enhancement adds back beneficial minerals and electrolytes to improve taste and hydration.
This process delivers clean, great-tasting water while supporting the reliability and safety standards our customers expect.
Wellsys systems use multi-stage filtration and mineral enhancement to deliver clean, great-tasting water through a fully bottle-free system. Because the units connect directly to your water supply, there are no bottles to manage, no deliveries to schedule, and no risk of running out of water.
Each system is properly installed, maintained, and serviced by our technicians to ensure consistent performance and reliability over time. The result is dependable hydration with less waste, fewer hassles, and service you can count on.
Yes, the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) is the organization that certifies water filtration. The filters are certified with NSF 58, 53, and 42.
We provide ice solutions for workplaces of all sizes, from small offices with as few as five employees to large facilities and warehouses serving thousands of people. Depending on your needs, we offer systems that produce high-volume ice for shared use as well as units that dispense single-serve ice at the point of use. Our team helps match the right solution to your space, usage, and service requirements.
Actually, it’s not! In most cases, we can provide hot, cold, and ambient water AND ice for your business for less than 25 cents per person, per day.
We currently use a bagged ice service. Why should we switch? Bagged ice services often come with delays, storage issues, and inconsistent availability. With an on-site ice machine, ice is produced when you need it, eliminating deliveries and the risk of running out.
Our systems provide consistent, high-quality ice with regular maintenance and service handled by our team. Depending on your workplace, we can also offer different ice types and dispensing options to match how your team uses ice. Producing ice on-site reduces handling and packaging compared to bagged ice and simplifies operations, while often lowering long-term costs.
The result is fewer hassles, more reliability, and ice you can count on every day.

The time it takes to install a cooler is dependent on a couple factors, such as the location of the water source and a drain. For our larger accounts, we would perform a walkthrough with the account executive and one of our managing technicians to make sure we have a solid plan before the coolers are even brought on site.
Thanks to our thousands of feet of tubing, we can run a line to almost anywhere. If you are convinced the job is not possible for us to accomplish, we can provide customer testimonials from our hardest installations.
Yes! A vast majority of our clients rent.
A cooler will need serviced the more it is used, but our main priority is to provide the best service for all our clients. Most coolers only need preventative maintenance once a year. Outside of those times, if a service light ever comes on, please call the number on the side of your machine and we’ll work with you to schedule a time for one of our technicians to come fix the problem.
